The SMS manual is available to all ship and shore personnel in on-line system using the web browser. The system however cannot be viewed from unregistered computers/networks. This is to prevent unauthorised use.
All vessels have been provided with sufficient number of personal computers, which facilitate easy access to the SMS documentation. The master will designate a workstation(s), which can be used by ratings.
The SMS has it’s back up (off-line) version, which can be used in case of the Internet connection failure. The off-line version will be updated by the master after receiving instruction from HSEQ department to run system update.

DOC
The DOC has been issued on behalf of the Flag State. The original DOC remains in the premises of the company.A -copy- must be available on all ships managed/operated by the company.
